My story What's cancer? I was a young boy when my grandparents died.
My grandfather was the first to pass on. He became ill with a disease that made him suffer much. He was in constant pain. He could not pass urine and hand tubes draining urine to an external plastic bag. He barely slept but was ever groaning and writhing in pain. He was on medication, I believe pain killers but they seemed unable to conquer the pain that he was in.
